Terms and Conditions
1. We guarantee that the animal you receive is healthy to the best of our knowledge. We provide a 14 day healthy guarantee. That being said, these are live animals that may stress during shipping or relocation to a new environment. If you have any concerns about your dragon during these 14 days, contact us immediately. Please communicate early on because time can be crucial to the health of the animal. Do not contact us once you have exhausted all other options or once the animal is either deceased or past the point or saving to suddenly ask for advice or a refund. We will do our best to help out in any situation to make sure the animal acclimates well to its new home. It is expected that you have done your research and have the proper set up in place before the dragon has arrived. Improper care/setup will void any guarantee. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if these actions have not been taken.
2. We can and will request to see your set ups before any purchases of any bearded dragon from us can be agreed. please note if any problems or inconsistencies arise from your set ups these will need to be rectified before sales can proceed.
3. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone.
4. We try to accurately describe how the dragon looks as well as also provide genetics, sex, temperament, and any possible flaws/defects such as a nip or scratch. That being said, we do not guarantee color, sex, size, body structure, temperament, or breed-ability/fertility. We reserve the right to withhold parent pictures, but we will provide the genetics of the parents upon request.
5. Any holds are subject to approval and can vary from dragon to dragon.
we do require a £50 non-refundable deposit which goes towards the full price of the dragon. If you do not pay in full by the date agreed upon. WE will post the dragon back up for sale within 24 hours after the time limit has expired. I understand that things can come up, so if you do have any problems paying then please let us know immediately.
6. We do not do payment plans on dragons.
7. If there is an issue with a dragon where a refund has been requested, it must be requested within the first 14 days. Please be aware, shipping costs are your responsibility. For a refund, the dragon must be shipped back to us via the same courier. Once the dragon has been received, a refund will be given for the price of the animal but will not include any shipping costs. we will not refund an animal for reasons other than health so please be 100% sure you want and can take care of the animal you choose.
8. We guarantee live arrival as long as you are there to receive the bearded dragon when it is first delivered. We do get updates from our courier so if any issue arises we would know about it and contact you asap.
9. We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions that we deem necessary without prior notice.
